The Operations and ICT team

The members of the Operations and ICT Team are responsible for managing the delivery of CAS’s internal infrastructure e.g. Finance, Communications/Marketing, Operations,Governance and HR.  The team is also responsible for facilitating the administration of CAS’s loan resource of equipment to community and voluntary sector organisations.

Maria started with us as a volunteer where she worked alongside our previous central support officer. We are now delighted to welcome her to the team on a full time basis.

As a Central Support Officer, Maria will be working alongside Roda Mbonde providing back office administrative support to CAS. As the main point of contact, Maria will be responsible for the administering of our communications functions i.e. Cascade and e-bulletins; and also working on the development of our membership and associated databases.

I am enthusiastic about the opportunity that I have been given to join the CAS team. I am particularly excited that the support that I will provide to the CAS team will lead to better outcomes to those living and working in Southwark.

Roda Mbonde is one CAS’s Central Support Officers.

Roda has over 7 years experience working in the voluntary sector within CAS and elsewhere as an administrator, office manager, HR administrator and Central Support Officer.  Roda is a versatile pro-active team player who combines her interest in stakeholder support and sound administration skills to assist in the delivery of CAS’s the back office functions.

My role is central to the effective functioning of the frontline team at CAS and I enjoy being able to facilitate the effectiveness of my colleagues’ roles. I look forward to coming to work daily to a friendly environment and I love helping and supporting our stakeholders with their enquiries.
