Adult Independence and Wellbeing subgroup 17-4-12

Tuesday 17th April 2012 - 10am-12pm

The Adults subgroup is a quarterly meeting for organisations working in adult health and social care to discuss issues relating to their part of the sector e.g. clinical commissioning or personalisation.

The next Southwark Adult Independence and Wellbeing subgroup meeting will be at 10am – 12pm on Tuesday 17 April 2012 at Cambridge House, 1 Addington Square, SE5 0HF.

The agenda will include presentations on LINk/the transition to Healthwatch, the engagement exercise on health services in Dulwich and the results of the Adult Social Care Community Support Services grant.
