Southwark Skills Forum
Southwark Skills Forum is a quarterly meeting for organisations focusing on issues relating to employment and skills training. At these meetings, organisations discuss relevant issues, collaborate and identify creative solutions particular to their part of the sector. Examples might include a consortium bid for a contract or lobbying for change on a particular theme.
The CAS Forums are chaired by a nominated member of the local voluntary and community sector. The chair of Skills Forum is Tim Reith of the Peckham Settlement. Tim represents the members of the Forum at the Local Economy Group, a subgroup of the Local Strategic Partnership, and Southwark Voice.
The Annual Southwark Skills Forum Work Plan for 2012-13 is available to download here. To ensure the work of the Forum meets the needs of members, CAS welcomes feedback on the document. Please submit this to Andy@casouthwark.org.uk
