This event is tailored for teachers, youth workers or anyone working directly with young people across the UK.

The day will be jam packed with expert speakers and a panel debate with leaders in tech, education and policy. 

As well as hands-on training in key concepts such as spotting fake news, dealing with hate speech and understanding why people use ’Us vs Them’ narratives.

This is a chance to up-skill yourself, network with other practitioners and all attendees will receive a free copy of our PSHE Association accredited resources.

Reasons to attend:
  • Young people experience the internet on a daily basis, this is designed to support them in navigating through it (good and bad) with the right skills, confidence and knowledge.

  • This is a completely free event, breakfast and lunch is also on us. Plus, we can cover the cost of / contribute towards your travel (up to £20).

  • You will take away a toolkit including 5 comprehensive session plans with examples, handout resources and access to an online PowerPoint to support delivery.
