This year's Rotherhithe Festival is on the 15 July 2017. It's taking place at King Georges Fields, Main entrance, Moodkee street from 11am to 8.30pm.
The Rotherhithe festival is a community based festival run by a committee of local voulnteers. The team have had great success in bringing the community together and helping to create a better understanding of all the different groups of people who in live in the area. This helps to bring a sense of belonging to where people live and a place people want to live. Years ago rotherhithe had a great feeling of community spirit which was on the decline and this festval has helped bring that sense of community back into the area.
The line up on stage this year is going to include great music as usual.
