Venue Southwark
In March 2009, the Department of Health commissioned CAS to do a mapping of organisations in Southwark that have meeting rooms, halls, and associated facilities available for hire. As part of this exercise, Venue Southwark was developed to provide an easily accessible mechanism for accessing the data. Venue Southwark is an online database that can be searched by organisational name; post code; facilities available i.e. Wi-Fi, hearing loop, data projector, conference systems; room capacity and number of rooms available.
Inclusion on the Venue Southwark database is free for CAS members; to become a CAS member visit our ‘Join Us’ page. If you are already a CAS member but not featured on Venue Southwark then simply complete and return our questionnaire (online form coming soon) or call us to be included. Venue Southwark can also provide an additional avenue of generating income for your organisation as well as a sustainable model for managing and administering your meeting spaces.
