All charities need to think about collaborating and working in partnership, whether formally or informally, to make best use of their resources and ensure they’re providing the best possible service for beneficiaries by linking with other organisations and agencies working in similar areas.  We’ve got some useful videos with practical ideas about collaboration from CAS’s own Trustee Conference and from Knowledge Peers.
