The rules of communication have changed since the advent of social media, but not the importance of engaging supporters with good stories and facts. This short course will focus on how even small organisations can benefit from presence on social media and online fundraising through the use of KindLink, at no cost to them.

KindLink is the first, free online donor engagement platform, created to make the charity sector more transparent and efficient. KindLink provides free tools ranging from CRM database for supporters and beneficiaries, to online donation processing and automated Gift Aid reports; from project management tools to social media integration; from volunteering management to a dedicated social network where charities and supporters can connect and engage around the charities’ great work and impact.

Who should attend:

  • Anyone working for nonprofits wanting to know how to improve their organisation online presence and grow their donation income.
  • Fundraisers interested in latest trends in online donations processing and cost saving.
  • Charity Managers and Trustees looking for a CRM database and project management solution

This short course will identify some of the charities’ current challenges in terms of online presence and communicating their work and impact to their supporters, and show how KindLink can help with those, thus enabling charities to increase their fundraising income and creating a more efficient and trusted third sector in the UK.

This short course will be designed and delivered by representatives of KindLink
