Community Southwark is looking for a new CEO to lead and develop the organisation over the coming months and years.
Our ambition is a simple one. We want to create strong foundations that support all voluntary and community organisations, communities and individuals to work together to improve practice, shape futures and change lives.
At the core of this ambition lies social action. To us, it means supporting and enabling others to take steps to change things and to introduce new ideas and ways of working that benefits everyone.
Are you the right person to help Community Southwark achieve this ambition?
Community Southwark has a very dedicated and talented team who have built an extremely credible and trusted organisation. We are looking for someone with the leadership skills, passion and vision to take the organisation forward.
This is not a typical CEO post, it requires a combination of personal skills and abilities that include being a champion, counsellor, advocate and critical friend. If you feel you are up for this challenging, but very rewarding role, and want to lead a progressive and successful organisation, we would love to hear from you.

Please send a cover letter (no more than 2 sides of A4) detailing how you match the personal specification, along with a current CV to email@example.com by 1 pm on Friday 16th November 2018 (along with your Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form).
